      Mt Eliza Dental Centre was established in 1993, and Dr Ray has owned and operated it since 2015, when he was chosen as Dr Graeme Wright’s successor.

      Our Process

      So there are no surprises and you know what to expect every step of the way, here is the process we follow at Mt Eliza Dental Centre.

      • STEP 1  Fill in our booking form and choose between booking an in-person appointment or a telehealth consultation

      • STEP 2 

        Option 1 – In-person Appointment – Meet Dr Ray when you attend at our practice:

        If you are having a problem: We will assess the situation, discuss treatment options, costs and outcomes, before proceeding to the treatment. 
        If you are in pain: We will focus on doing what is needed to get you out of pain, keep things stable and under control. A full check-up, teeth cleaning, x-rays and treatment plan can now be done, when it suits you.
        If you are wanting a full checkup and clean:  During the checkup any issues are detected and discussed and we use the best technology to show you what is happening in your mouth, and we offer a range of options for you to work out what you want to do.
        If you want a consultation: Given the current social distancing, Dr Ray is providing both in-person consultations OR a telehealth consultation option.  We can offer you expert advice, options and costs to help you work out how you would like to progress. If possible, the in-person option is preferred as we can examine you in-person, take x-rays, etc.

        Option 2 – Telehealth Consultation – Meet Dr Ray through a video consultation (we will step you through the process of setting this up).

        Whether you are worried about leaving the house, self-isolating for any reason, can’t find a dentist who is open, or just decided it’s time to get some answers about that dental problem while you have some spare time, Dr Ray is here for you. Ask him anything you want, he is here to help and will offer you expert advice, options and costs. 

      • STEP 3 – Finalise  If you seeing us in person, we have HICAPS facilities so you can claim from your health fund on the spot and just pay the gap; otherwise all credit cards are also accepted.
